Developed using the science of reading, Little Honey Reading is a supplemental program with 214 books that focuses on building phonics skills and the application of those skills for students in kindergarten through third grade, as well as Students with Disabilities and English Language Learners. It can be used for Tier 2 and Tier 3 instruction. Students are introduced to a single phonogram with words that use that phonogram in My Phonics Words. To practice application of the letter-sound, My Phonics Readers use short sentences with illustrations. My Decodable Readers continue to build fluency and comprehension skills with engaging fiction that use high-frequency words and specific phonograms. Words in My World are themed books that support vocabulary and background knowledge. Marlin Phonics Readers give practice in applying specific phonograms in longer text and use the dyslexie font to support those with dyslexia while still keeping the letters easy to read for others. A Complete Teacher guide on every book in a Binder and includes Bins for Storage.
